The Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) PA-25-212 contains the I-Corps eligibility requirements and required application materials.

Once you have reviewed the FOA in full, click the “Apply” button in Part I of the FOA. You will be directed to the ASSIST online submission system. Applications are submitted digitally through ASSIST. Do not mail any materials to an NIH/Centers for Disease Control and Prevention location.
